REIDIENCE GLOKURE SANCTUM operates in South Carolina, USA. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information submitted through our website, educational assessment, appointment booking, and secure intake forms.

Information we collect

For the Dosha Assessment, we collect the first and last name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, optional preferred contact method, questionnaire answers, score distribution, assessment results, recommendations, assessment time, and communication-consent choices submitted by a participant.

For scheduled Reiki and Ayurveda appointments, we may collect contact and emergency-contact details, appointment goals, relevant wellness history, allergies or sensitivities, medications and supplements, lifestyle information, comfort preferences, acknowledgements, consent records, and an electronic typed signature. Ayurveda practitioner examination, diagnosis, and management-plan fields are not part of the emailed client form.

Adults-only intake

The current online Reiki and Ayurveda intake forms are for clients who are 18 years of age or older. Intake for a minor requires a separate guardian-consent process and must not be submitted through these forms.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and save a requested educational assessment, send requested results, prepare for and provide a scheduled appointment, respond to inquiries, coordinate services, maintain security, prevent misuse, and document consent. Intake answers are not included in appointment-link emails.

Secure appointment links

Appointment intake links are random, expire after a limited period, and are intended only for the named client. Links may be used once. If a link is lost, forwarded, or expired, contact Reidience for a replacement.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use client wellness information for targeted advertising. We use service providers only as needed to operate the website and requested services. These currently include DigitalOcean, managed through Cloudzyro, for website, application, and database infrastructure; Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365 for business email; and Setmore for appointment scheduling. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Marketing choices

Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default, and not required to take an assessment or receive a requested service. Requesting an assessment email or appointment intake link does not itself subscribe a participant to promotional messages.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain legitimate business and legal records, protect security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Deletion requests may be limited when retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

Security and sensitive information

These forms are not for emergencies. Share only information relevant to the requested complementary wellness service. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If a legally reportable incident occurs, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or withdraw an optional marketing choice, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some requests may be limited by applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will show when the latest version took effect.
